The type of personal information we collect

We currently collect and process the following information:

  • Names, Email addresses, customers financial information, website users information.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • Membership, payment details, mailing list, and user activity

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

  • Financial Source, Seasonax & HYCM for any projects in which we share necessary information to perform the users desired request. e.g. start a vide membership or use a course.

We use the information that you have given us in order to provide our services to you and we do not share the information with any other groups unless expressly stated below.

We may share this information with Financial Source, HYCM & Seasonax.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are mainly from section a and b.:

(b) We have a contractual obligation. The main reason for GCFX to hold your data is in order to carry out the function for which you have consented to and purchased.

Your information is securely stored by GCFX Ltd on our databases.

We keep your information stored digitally for as long as necessary to fulfil our function. We will then dispose of your information either upon request by deleting it or after 5 years from last usage.
